We are looking for faithful volunteers to help serve at our encounter gatherings, conferences, crusades, retreats, workshops, musical productions, fashion shows and promotion tours! With your help every ministry event will be a great success. If you are interested in volunteering, we would love to hear from you and schedule you to serve at one, or many, of our upcoming events.

Church - Ministry - Organization - Individual Participation:

We are seeking local participation. Please pray about networking with us. We would be honored to have your Praise Team, Music Group, Soloist or Dance Team minister at our events. Subject to auditions. We are also scheduling guest speakers, seeking models and auditioning actors for upcoming productions and fashion shows.


We will contact volunteers per location with details and training schedules. Locations will be announced. Conference, Retreat and Workshop events will consist of three (3) sessions.

  • Friday session – 7 pm
  • Saturday session – 9:30 am & 1:30 pm

Encounter Gatherings will be held on Sundays and locations will vary.

  • Times - 11:00 am & 3:00 pm (Locations vary)

  • At least 18 years old and a resident of the U.S. or Canada.
  • Be able to volunteer at every session.
  • Be present for training on the Friday afternoon of the weekend event from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Be in position to serve one (1) hour before each session.
  • Because you will be assisting people with seating, collecting offering buckets and distributing handouts, you must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and possibly climbing stairs throughout the event depending on the accommodations.
  • Volunteers will be responsible for their own food, travel and hotel expenses.

More important info:

We ask that all volunteers conduct themselves in a godly manner at all times. Ungodly behavior will result in being dismissed from serving and may result in being asked to leave the premises.

The dress code is business casual, black pants and white dress shirt for men, black dress or pants suit with white blouse for women at all events. We encourage you to wear nice comfortable shoes.

Please be willing to serve wherever you are needed. We are unable to accommodate requests to serve in specific areas during events.

To avoid distractions with your volunteer responsibilities, we ask that you not bring children who need adult supervision.
